Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of WHVCapAlert ("the service"). By using the site or buying alerts, you agree to them.
What we are
WHVCapAlert is an independent monitoring service. We watch the Australian Department of Home Affairs page that publishes Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462) country cap statuses, and we email you when your chosen country's status changes. We are not affiliated with the Australian Government or the Department of Home Affairs. We don't provide migration advice, we don't lodge applications or act on your behalf, and we make no promises about visa availability or the outcome of any application.
The service and its limits
Your purchase buys 31 days of email alerts for one country. When the official page changes your country's status, we aim to email you within minutes.
Two limits you should understand before buying:
- We monitor the official public status page. The Department has said that page can lag the underlying application system by up to 48 hours. Our promise is about the page we monitor, not the internal system behind it.
- Alerts are delivered by email. We can't control your inbox, spam filtering, or your email provider.
Payment
Alerts cost £15 for 31 days, for one country, paid once through Stripe. There is no auto-renewal and no recurring charge. When your 31 days end, your alerts stop unless you choose to buy again.
Refunds
If your country's status changes to open on the official page during your active alert period and we don't send you an alert email, you get a full refund. Email hello@whvcapalert.com and we'll process it. Beyond that, purchases are non-refundable once your alert period has started.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
